Summer in a nutshell

This summer.... The summer of transition. The summer of relaxation, freedom, and TONS of time. The summer before the start of UNIVERSITY, the next (and largest) step in my life so far. I must say, now that there are only two weeks (give or take a few days) left of summer, that my summer was quite uneventful despite all of the fun I had imagined. Due to unexpected turn of events, I ended up spending most of my summer lounging at home; which really wasn't that bad, since I was able to nurture my couch potato-ness. However, despite my summer sounding like a total drag I did end up doing a hand full of exciting things. For one, I was able to spend a ton of time with my high school BFF (we'll call her V). For the first few weeks of summer we did practically everything together. For example, outlet shopping, eating, cooking, tennis, etc. On top of hanging out with V, I decided that I wanted to do some walking, so I got my boyfriend (A) and we set out to walk the Lands End trail in San Francisco. Luckily that day was a beautiful day and we ended up walking/hiking all the way to China Beach and back through the Legion of Honor. As it turns out, I walked the Lands End trail twice in a row. Once with A and another with some friends. Soon after my Lands End "obsession" I went to Hawaii with my family and spent a week in paradise where I got a tan which turned into a burn within an hour. After arriving home, I spent the next month hanging out with my dad, which was great! We went fishing, eating and grocery shopping. I'm sure more happened over these 3-4 months, but my memory is just a blur.... so I'll just show some pictures.
V and I eating at some Chinese place that doesn't serve pork it was delish though! :D
Sutro Baths or what remains of it anyways.....
